FBT Hi MaxX 40 Product Description FBT's Hi MaxX 40 passive speaker features lightweight, yet rugged gas injected molded polypropylene cabinet
construction. The asymmetrical shape of FBT's HiMaxX 40 cabinet also allows use as a floor stage monitor. FBT's Hi MaxX
40 passive speaker is a 2 way design incorporating a custom B&C 12” low frequency woofer 3” voice coil with a
neodymium magnet structure, die cast aluminum frame and a B&C 1,7” voice coil compression driver coupled to a
90°Hx60°Vhorn with a 1” exit. The internal passive crossover filter featuring “soft-trip” circuitry toensure full protection
of LF woofer and HF driver. With a frequency range of 50Hz-20kHz, the Hi MaxX 40 provides hi fidelity sound for speech and music applications with a maximumSPLof 129dB.
The four M10 fly points built into the cabinet, along with the optional Box 100 or Box 101 mounting brackets
allow the Hi MaxX 40 speakers to be surfac emounted on walls or ceilings. Astandard 1 3/8" speaker stand socket allows
the Hi MaxX 40 to be mounted on speaker stands.
