Order Processing

All orders are subject to approval by AV Superstore.  After an order is placed, an e-mail will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of the order.  After an order has been approved, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the order, detailing all costs (including shipping and taxes if applicable) and the estimated shipping date.

AV Superstore reserves the right to refuse orders or require a customer signature before processing an order. If you have any questions on an order please e-mail customersupport@avsuperstore.com.
Shipping Policy
  • Shipping terms are F.O.B. origin.
  • All orders will be shipped standard ground unless otherwise requested.
  • Shipments to P.O. boxes are not allowed per freight companies' policy.
  • All shipping and insurance costs are buyers responsibility.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only.
Taxes
AV Superstore is required to withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Idaho and Washington. Customers are responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on orders shipped to other states or countries. If order is tax exempt, please send a copy of your exemption certificate via mail:

Special Order Items

Some products sold by AV Superstore are special order items. Terms and conditions for the sale of those items by AV Superstore will appear either in the web content description of said item, or will be detailed in your final order confirmation. Any items sold under these conditions will require your signature on an order confirmation document, and will require advance payment. In most cases, special order items will not be returnable, or will have a significant restocking fee.
