| Shipment Tracking How To Follow Your Order |
We send all orders Standard Ground, unless otherwise specified. Every shipment will receive a tracking number upon being shipped out. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment of order.

| Shipping Calculations How Much to Ship My Order? |

Your shipping calculation is based on FedEx shipping rates and depends on the weight and distance to your location. You may calculate the shipping cost for any product, prior to checkout, by adding the product to your cart and entering your zip code into the shipping estimator on the cart page.
- Shipping terms are F.O.B. origin.
- All orders will be shipped standard ground unless otherwise requested.
- Shipments to P.O. boxes are not allowed per freight companies' policy.
- All shipping and insurance costs are buyers responsibility.
- Delivery dates are estimates only.
- Business Days are considered Monday through Friday only (weekends are exempt)

If the item you purchased is backordered we will contact you immediately with a status and expected ship date. If you receive something other than what you ordered, or if the item has been damaged during shipping - please contact us as soon as possible by phone, email, or using an online request form (links are above).

We will ship products internationally, subject to prepayment terms. All fees including duties, imports and taxes imposed by the government must be paid by the customer. AVsuperstore Does Not accept International Credit Cards. International orders to be prepaid via Wire Transfer Only.

Cancelling an Order
If you have made a mistake or have changed your mind about an order please contact a Customer Service Representative by phone at 1-866-866-6767 or via our online email contact form. An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
Resolving a Password Problem
If you have forgotten your password, then you may obtain the reminder that you provided (when you created your account) by clicking on the

Send Me a Hint link. If you need to change your password, click on the Edit a Customer Account link above and you will have the opportunity to provide a new password.
