Shipment Tracking How To Follow Your Order

We send all orders Standard Ground, unless otherwise specified. Every shipment will receive a tracking number upon being shipped out. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment of order.

Shipping Calculations How Much to Ship My Order?

Your shipping calculation is based on FedEx shipping rates and depends on the weight and distance to your location. You may calculate the shipping cost for any product, prior to checkout, by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping Cost" link on the product information page of the product you are considering. It will ask for your zip code and automatically provide rates for various shipping options.

Problems with Shipments In Case of Emergency...

If the item you purchased is backordered we will contact you immediately with a status and expected ship date. If you receive something other than what you ordered, or if the item has been damaged during shipping - please contact us as soon as possible by phone, email, or using an online request form (links are above).

International Shipments Think Local, Ship Global

We will ship products internationally, subject to prepayment terms. All fees including duties, imports and taxes imposed by the government must be paid by the customer.

Cancelling an Order

Resolving a Password Problem
