Working in the music and live sound industry on and off for the last 20 years, Bill has brought an experience of assisting customers with their sound systems and commercial audio needs. Hired on as a salesman in 2005, Bill feels blessed to apart of AVsuperstore and will continue the work to provide the best service possible to all of our customers.
Anita has been in the Customer Service business since 1984. She started out in the Airline Industry, moved on to the Travel Agent Industry and has been in the Pro Audio Video Industry since 1999. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, you can be certain she will find the answer or refer you to the person who can help. In her own words: "I love doing everything in this job and I do it well, just don't ask me anything too technical"!!!!
Amelia came to us from an extensive customer service background. She worked a number of years as a call center rep for a well known company. Though her background isn’t in the Audio Video industry, she has learned what it takes to assist our customers with any product on the web.
Energy, enthusiasm, spunkiness, intelligent, joyful and more are words to describe this gal. If we could bottle and sell Sabrinas energy on AVsuperstore we would all be wealthy. Sabrina came from a sales background and is currently going to school for business. Being our newest team member Sabrina has gained extensive product knowledge is a very short amount of time which brings value to our team and to our customers.
