Bill Manning – Division Manager
Working in the live sound industry on and off for the last 20 years, Bill has brought an experience of assisting customers with their sound system needs. Coming from a musical background, Bills experience as a classical pianist as well as a contemporary rock keyboardist for various bands and his church, he knows that sound is a crucial element when it comes from small to large venues, from commercial conference room audio systems to church sound systems and recording solutions. Hired on as a salesman in 2005, Bill feels blessed to now be the division manager of AVsuperstore and will continue the work to provide the best service possible to all of our customers.
Anita has been in the Customer Service business since 1984. She started out in the Airline Industry, moved on to the Travel Agent Industry and has been in the Pro Audio Video Industry since 1999. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, you can be certain she will find the answer or refer you to the person who can help. In her own words: "I love doing everything in this job and I do it well, just don't ask me anything too technical"!!!!
Amelia came to us from an extensive customer service background. She worked a number of years as a call center rep for a well known cell phone provider. Though her background isn’t in the Audio Video industry, she has picked up quite a bit of knowledge with our training sessions and rep visits. Keep up the great work Amelia!
Keith Moon from the rock group "The Who" was known for dramatic, suspenseful drumming--often eschewing basic back beats for a fluid, busy technique focused on fast, cascading rolls across the toms, ambidextrous double bass drum work and wild cymbal crashes and washes. He is widely considered to be one of the greatest rock and roll drummers of all time.
Keith, our newbie, comes to us from Seattle Washington with a background in the Audio/Video rental industry. His extensive knowledge of A/V equipment and customer service background has been a blessing to AVsuperstore. Welcome aboard Keith!
